Instant Management Alert Notification – Management alerts are emails that are sent to one or more users when a survey is submitted. Alerts can be triggered based on a response to a specific question, or specific answer choice(s) as desired. Alerts can also be sent each time a submission is received for a specific survey.
In most cases they are only sent when there is a specific response on a survey, such as a low satisfaction rating or a request to be contacted by a manager.
Receive Notifications via SMS Text or Email for your custom pre-set “critical responses”. This can allow you to follow up immediately with a respondent if additional information is desired. These alerts contain the entire survey submission.
Automated Scheduled Reports You may set up an automated schedule to deliver most reports either daily, weekly on the day following your "end of week", or on the first of each calendar month. Recipients must first be set up as a ‘User’ under the ‘Administration’ tab, before being set up for their given reports under ‘Scheduled Reports’. Currently, Trends Reporting is not available as a scheduled report. This feature is only available in Pro and Enterprise plans.
Submission Report – View each detailed submission.
Verbatim Report– Detailed report displaying verbatim answers entered for Comment Box and Multi-line questions. Allows you to view all of the verbatim reports as a readable deck, rather than searching through surveys and locations and enables a quick review of positive and negative comments.
Word Cloud- Highlights the sentiment of verbatim response and also allow drill down to the specific comment.
Day Parts Reporting- Allows you to easily identify performance by shift or day-part.
Metadata access- Access additional survey data, such as the Meta Data to view unique respondent identifying information such as user #, member #, etc.
End-of-survey scoring- Create a survey with a quiz or assessment; respondent’s score can be displayed at end of survey and emailed.
Company Score Report– Provides a dashboard at a glance to view a comparison of all locations performance with ‘Above Target’; ‘On Target’; and ‘Below Target’ performance color coded for easy identification. Generates summarized data for multiple locations in PDF format.
Employee Score Report – Provides a dashboard at a glance to view a comparison of all locations performance with ‘Above Target’; ‘On Target’; and ‘Below Target’ performance color coded for easy identification of employees set up in system. Information must also be entered in survey in order to link information.
Trends Report– Automatically tracks performance over time and allows you to make location comparisons to overall company performance. Displays weekly trends by question over 12-week period utilizing line graphs.
Analytics Summary Report – Survey data is tabulated in real-time to deliver summary report of response data across all locations.
Choose pie charts, column charts, or bar graphs as desired.
Available live via web portal, as a PDF or exported to Excel.
A report score - an average across all data points you choose to include in your filter- is generated at the top of your report summary to indicate high-level results.
Easily drill down to look at specific date ranges, individual locations or entire regions, responses to a particular question, submissions for individual employees, and search for specific verbatim text responses.
Question-based Filter Options:
Filter on all or specific answer choices to a question to show a summary report of data from respondents that answered the selected filtered questions with the response(s) selected.
Word Cloud & Submission Filter Options:
Word clouds show graphical representations of the frequency of topics mentioned by respondents in verbatim comments. By selecting a word in the word cloud, you filter the verbatim responses to show the full text comments submitted that include the selected word.
Survey-wide Filter Options:
Date Range - Filter by custom or popular preset date ranges to view summary report of submissions received during a specific time period.
Method - Filter by the three survey access points- Organic URL, QR Code, SMS Text
Source - Filter by the three types of web access: Desktop Web, Mobile Web, iFrame Web
Text - Search for text within verbatim responses and filter report summary to show all instances
Geography and Location Filter - Filter survey data to view summary report by state, regional territory, or individual location
Employee-Level Report Filter – Select an employee name from the Analytics Summary Report to view an employee-specific summary report of the survey responses submitted for an individual employee.
A report score - an average across all data points you choose to include in your filter- is generated at the top of your report summary to indicate high-level results.

Style – varies by question type
Randomize Options – options will be displayed randomly to each respondent
‘Allow comments’ – prompts comment box based on certain responses
Branching- show users specific questions based on responses to a question earlier in the survey.
Skip Logic- Allow certain pre-set responses to trigger the skipping of question(s) in the survey.
Chart type – Pie, Bar, or Column chart. Select your own colors or choose default primary colors.
Report Style – generate Net Promoter Score or Averge scoring for individual question
Report Label – text that can be used in place of the full choice text for reporting purposes
Report Values – set score values for each response
Notify – determines whether specific answers should trigger a notification to management [Pro and Enterprise plans only]
